Lawn fine information

Per our community's bylaws and covenants, the Board may exercise one of two options for violators of the lawn policy:

Fines of up to $100.00 can be assessed
Contractors may be hired to perform any necessary maintenance, at the resident's expense.

The Board will begin strictly enforcing the levying of fines. Unpaid fine amounts are lienable.
